- Your order is prepared within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) in line with the preferences you specify, and

- In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.
- When your order is given to Aras Kargo, an e-mail containing your order tracking information is sent to you by our system.
- MorMajor Silver informs you by e-mail or telephone if the specified time is exceeded. However, you can contact us at any time to get information about the status of your order.
- Your order; It is delivered with our contracted Aras Kargo company www.mormajorsilver.com reserves the right to change the cargo company when necessary.
- When your order is delivered to Aras Kargo company, you will receive a notification via e-mail.

 

 

- Orders delivered to Aras Kargo company are expected to reach you within 1-3 business days (except for the days when the cargo company does not deliver).
If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him. If you wish, it will be delivered to you with another product.
